We participate in the HE+ scheme with Peterhouse, Cambridge. We are partners with New College, Oxford on their Step Up scheme, which is a sustained programme of support across year 12 and year 13. Selected students participate in workshops on making an application and writing a personal statement, and have the chance to spend a day in New College. https://www.new.ox.ac.uk/step-up
More generally, students are supported by knowledgeable skills and progression teachers and by the dedicated Oxbridge Coordinator to ensure that they have the information and skills required to make a competitive application.
